Made from the 2 funkiest white varietals the Swan Valley has to offer, this white wine will punch you in the face with a bag full of tropical fruit, race across your palate with a sharp acid line and then hug you consolably at the end with generous texture. Verdelho brings plenty of lemon, banana, white nectarine & provides that generous funky body, whilst the CB offers up green apple, pear, quince and ties everything up with a neat acid structure.
